The Bround Hound Story
One evening, after a long day of creating by himself, Scott Osborne realized how much he missed the camaraderie he had with other artists during his time at the Herron School for Art and Design. He was inspired to create a place for artists to come together and work on their individual art alongside other artists. Driven by the idea that artists work better together, he wanted to develop a studio where others passionate about their art could come together, collaborate, and encourage each other. Scott’s love of using found objects in his art has allowed him to collect a wide variety of tools and skills that he wants to share with the artist community in the city he loves. After a long search for a location in Carmel, Scott finally found the perfect spot, and decided to name this new studio after his sweet, brown dog, Millie. Brown Hound is excited to become a hub for artists and creators to come work alongside like minded people and create.
